The 2018 Cavern Select Vermentino has notes of citrus and peach blossom on the nose. White peach, vanilla bean, and flint flavors on the mid-palate with a crisp, racy finish.
With golden hues, this Chardonnay features flavors of spiced pear and caramel. Aged and fermented in 100% French oak, this wine blends aromas of ripe honeycrisp apples and vanilla bean. The mid-palate reveals a rich creaminess with a bright acidity balance. The wine has medium body with a smooth, yet lingering toasted oak finish.

The 2018 Cavern Select Roussanne has notes of brioche, wet stone, and candied lemon on the nose. A round mouthfeel on the mid-palate pairs with flavors of apricot and chamomile. The wine has a long, refreshing finish.
This fortified dessert wine is indeed Margaret’s gold. Toasted hazelnuts and stewed peach aromas tantalize the nose while notes of dried apricot, orange zest and butterscotch delight the tongue. A limited number of barrels of estate-grown Orange Muscat were selected beginning with the 2001 vintage. The barrels were blended to create this Madeira style wine. Enjoy with caramelized onions, blue cheese, nuts and dried fruit.
